Create a new project site

Project sites will not offer the creator with an option to include sections of students (as with Course sites), but will otherwise offer all features within Sakai. Project sites are quite useful for a number of undertakings:
- Creating a space for testing or course templates
- Collaborating among colleagues on teaching & learning or research work that's unrelated to specific courses
