Go to Site Info

Go to Site Info.png

Select the Site Info tool from the Tool Menu of your site.

Click Manage Access

Click Manage Access..png

In the General section, select Allow any Sakai user to join the site, and then Update

In the General section, select Anyone (including non-logged in), and then Update..png

This will allow all Brock Sakai users to join the site.
