Visit the course experience survey
Sign in
Sign in with your Brock University email and password.
Select personalized questions option
Click the Choose the personalized questions option associated with the course evaluation that you’d like to edit.
Preview survey
Click the Preview button to view the list of questions that your department has indicated ought to be part of the evaluation form. If you’ve added personalized questions, these will appear near the end of the form.
