Teams recording
Teams class meetings or calls can be recorded to capture audio, video, and screen sharing activity. All recordings are available to participants for viewing from Teams, while course instructors or meeting Organizers are also able to download recordings.
Who can record
Organizers and Presenters. See MS Teams Meetings and Roles for current information.
By default, all invited participants possess a Presenter role. Guests cannot view, start, or stop a recording.
Visit Teams Meeting Options for information about editing permissions for participants.
Making recordings available
Scheduling meetings using Teams channels ensures that all members will have access to recordings even if they did not participate in the session.
Any enrolments after the meeting has been recorded will not be able to access the recording but a link to the recording can be shared (see Sharing below).
